2007: Dominated in the TranSouth until he injured his throwing arm April 7...took a no hitter into the fourth inning against cross-town rival Union University on March 17; finished the shutout only allowing one hit with 7 strikeouts...struck out a season high against 10th ranked Lyon College on March 31, completing a three game sweep of the Scotts...missed the remainder of the year due to Tommy John surgery...had an impressive 2.81 ERA (2nd on the team)...only allowed 41 hits in 50.1 innings...racked up 56 strikeouts in 11 appearances...led the team in lowest opponent batting average against at .211...one of the most prolific left-handed pitchers to ever pitch at FHU...was on pace to 100 strikeouts in less than 100 innings pitched...2006: Had a very successful fall considering he had not pitched in two years...had 1.12 ERA in 16 innings pitched.

JUCO: Only threw in only one inning for coach Rick Collier at Itawamba Community College in ‘04...High School: prepped at Houston High School under the direction of Coach John Ellison...named defensive MVP in the NEMCABB All-Star game...participated in the Crossroads All-Star games.

Personal: Son of Joe and Judy Williford...has one sister, Cassie Gresham...father played football at Jones County Junior College from 1968-69...father won a national championship in 1968...likes the men in Pin Stripes (New York Yankees) and Derek Jeter...likes to snow ski and fish...favorite movie is The Fast and The Furious...Favorite Movie Quote: "Magic Man!
