2009 Baseball

2008: As a sophomore Bullard was tied for the lead with teammate Noslen Labrada in homeruns (6)...only made three errors in 412 chances (.993 Fielding pct.)...a prolific defensive player...was a TranSouth and Regional XI Gold Glove winner...second on the team with an .881 OPS...as the most productive run producer for the Lions with 52 runs batted in...had a six game streak with at least one RBI between Mar. 2 and Mar. 11...in the streak he had three or more RBIs twice...had a seven-game hit streak that started on Mar. 1 against Bethel College and ended against Brescia University on Mar. 11...had 14 games with two or more hits...drove in four runs on two occasions and had six total bases against Harris Stowe State University on Feb. 9.

2007: Had a solid freshman year hitting .240 with 10 doubles, 6 homeruns, and 38 RBIs while sneaking in 5 stolen bases...recorded his first hit as a Lion in only his second collegiate game as a true freshman...went one for three against No. 5 Lee University on Feb. 3...anchored the infield at first base with a .991 fielding percentage, only committing 4 errors...had 11 multiple RBI games, tied for the most of any position player...had a season high 3 hits and 3 RBIs on April 28 against Bethel College.

High School: Prepped at Sycamore High School with former teammate Josh Knight (2006-08)...played under head coach Dale Daniel...hit .350 with 11 homeruns and 60 RBIs in his career...earned all-district honors three years straight...named team MVP in '05.

Personal: Son of Steve and Angie Bullard...has two sisters: Regena Hughes and former Lady Lion basketball standout Stacey Groves (2002-06)...majoring in Kinesiology...his favorite athletic team is the Atlanta Braves and Albert Pujols is his favorite professional athlete...favorite movie: Varsity Blues...favorite movie quote is: "Puke and Rally!"
